Shipping Policies.

All purchases are shipped within 4-5 business days via UPS or USPS (excluding holidays and weekends) after receipt of payment & order confirmation unless the listing specifies a different date or you have placed a custom order. All orders made after 1:00 pm EST on Fridays, holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day. Tracking numbers will be made available via a shipping confirmation within 24 hours after your order has shipped.

Please review your order confirmation and Contact Us with any changes to shipping address or other information within 72 hours after the order has been placed. Request for changes after 72 hours will be reviewed and adjusted for shipment where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Order Confirmation

Order confirmations are sent to the email address that you provided to us during Checkout. 

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations on custom orders. Cancellation on standard orders will be accepted within 72 hours after the order has been placed. We do not accept cancellations once the order has shipped.

Loss and Damages

Ayoka Candles Co. is not responsible for any loss or damage due to poor handling during transit or at the time of delivery, or for delivery to an incorrect address as provided by the customer.

 

International Shipping: We do not ship to international locations at this time.

 

Return/Exchange Policy:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

At Ayoka Candles Co., we work very hard to provide quality service and products. We are confident that you will enjoy your purchased items but if for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.

●   Contact Us within 3 business days following delivery and receipt of the order to initiate the return request. Reference “Return” and the Order number in the subject line.

●   Items should be unused and returned in original packaging. Ayoka Candles Co. is not responsible for any loss or damage due to poor handling during transit or at the time of delivery on all returns.

●   Please include the return form from included with your shipment for faster processing.

●   All returns must be shipped within 7 business days of delivery and receipt by the customer. Shipping cost for returns is the responsibility of the customer.

●   Upon shipment of returned order, Contact Us [2] to provide the tracking number for the return shipment to ensure timely receipt for processing. Ayoka Candles Co. will not be liable for returns shipped without a tracking and delivery confirmation that are lost, damaged in transit or not received to the address above within 7 business days.

●   Refunds (not including shipping) will be issued to the original form of payment for returns and as store credit for exchanges as soon as items are received and verified to be in satisfactory condition excluding damages previously reported as part of the return request.

 

Additional Policies

All custom orders must be paid for in full before they are produced. Custom orders are available in 6 oz. only.

Report any problems with your purchase within 3 business days of delivery. No requests, refunds, and/or exchanges will be accepted after the 3 day period.

Please review and keep updated with changes in our shipping and other policies specifically shipping rates as we will continually update them in accordance with USPS policies.
